Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear Guidelines for Cancellations and Refunds.

At Stack Desire Consultancy, we strive to deliver high-quality services including custom software development, website development, and Google Workspace business email solutions.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of payment for:

  • Software or website development services not yet started
  • Work that fails to meet agreed-upon scope or deliverables (subject to review)

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed work or delivered milestones
  • Google Workspace business email services — all plans are non-refundable once activated

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email us with your project details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the service agreement and work status.

In case of any refunds approved by us, it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited to you.
